Prices
\n<\/strong>For New Zealand customers all prices are stated in New Zealand dollars (NZ$), and include Goods and Services Tax (GST). For overseas customers all prices are stated in other\u00a0currencies (EUR, CHF, USD, AUD, JPY, GBP).<\/p>\n

Price changes
\n<\/strong>We reserve the right to increase fees or to introduce new prices for our products and services at any time. Any such changes will be published on eyebody.com or eyebody.de<\/p>\n

Methods of payment
\n<\/strong>Payment for all purchases made online is by PayPal (also credit card or bank transfer via PayPal, available in North America and Europe).\u00a0Payment for workshop tickets is also\u00a0available by\u00a0bank transfer.<\/p>\n

Delivery times
\n<\/strong>In Germany\u00a0products are shipped and received by the customer within 2-3\u00a0days after ordering and us receiving payment. Deliveries for orders and us receiving payments inside Europe can take 3-5 days, outside Europe\u00a0can take up to 10\u00a0days delivery time. If you have not received your products within those time frames contact our shipping service\u00a0by email:\u00a0shop@eyebody.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Refund policy
\n<\/strong>Please choose carefully products such as books and\/or Eyebody Pinhole Glasses as we do not refund if you change your mind. If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act and forward you new items.
