Improving Eyesight and Body Posture simultaneously – and letting go of the need for glasses or contact lenses.

Peter Grunwald is holding his first-ever Spanish online workshop in 'The Art of Integrating Brain, Eyes, Body and Soul'. In four segments including an online individual session he teaches principles and practices to improve eyesight and body posture naturally. Starting April 4th!

This workshop is ideal for Spanish as well as English speakers as Peter will be translated into Spanish.

Peter trained as an Alexander Teacher between 1984-1987 in Sydney, Australia. He was able to develope and apply the AT principles successfully to the process of seeing. He was able to undo severe myopia and a astigmatism and is glasses- free now for over 30 year.

The lessons will take place via Zoom and will be available as recordings until the end of June 2024.

Peter Grunwald imparte su primer taller online en español: "El arte de integrar cerebro, ojos, cuerpo y alma". En cuatro módulos, incluida una sesión individual online, enseña principios y prácticas para mejorar la vista y la postura corporal de forma natural. ¡A partir del 4 de abril!

Este taller es ideal tanto para hispanohablantes como para angloparlantes, ya que Peter será traducido al español.

Peter se formó como Profesor de Técnica Alexander entre 1984-1987 en Sydney, Australia. Fue capaz de desarrollar y aplicar con éxito los principios de la TA al proceso de ver. Fue capaz de deshacer una miopía severa y un astigmatismo y ahora no lleva gafas desde hace más de 30 años.

Horario módulos 1, 3 y 4: de 16 a 18hs UYT – de 21 a 23 hs CET

Si necesitan traducción al español para la sesión individual, ésto tiene un costo extra de USD25.

Las clases se impartirán a través de Zoom y estarán disponibles en forma de grabaciones hasta finales de junio de 2024.
