Retreat fees

Your reservation is made through paying the tuition fee.

The retreat fee includes tuition, shared lodging in twin rooms (all with en-suite bathrooms), as well as all meals.

Payment Option A: Early bird fee, available until 30 April, 2021 – £1065. Payment in full, or a non-refundable deposit of £170 to secure your place, with the balance of £895 to be paid on or before 30 April, 2021.
Payment Option B: Standard fee, from 1 May 2021 – £1140. Payment in full, or a non-refundable deposit of £170 to secure your place, with the balance of £970 to be paid on or before 1 July, 2021.

You can reserve a single room for a supplementary fee of £170.

Payment choices are by PayPal, Bank Transfer or Credit Card. Some banks may charge additional transaction fees, when receiving overseas payments by credit card, which is beyond our control. If you have ANY questions or difficulties, please email eyebody@gmail.com

Cancellation Policy

Unless you find a replacement the following applies:

• For cancellations made prior to the early bird deadline (30 April 2021), the full fee less non-refundable deposit of £170 will be refunded.
• If cancellation occurs between 30 April and 1 July 2021, the fee less £250 will be refunded.
• After 1 July 2021, no refund will be made if you cancel, arrive late or leave early.

All cancellations must be made in writing prior to the above dates.
