Important instructions

  1. select your continent/city from the time zones
  2. choose an Eyebody consultant from the list
  3. choose a free date and time slot from the calendar
  4. click “Continue to booking”
  5. complete the booking process in our online shop

If you have already purchased store credits for a Personal Online Session Bundle, please log in to your customer account first so that these credits can be credited to your appointment booking!

Important: After clicking on “Continue to booking” you will be redirected to the “Shopping cart” page and further to the online shop. Please make sure you complete the checkout process there, so that your booking is registered.

The appointment is only booked once you have received confirmation by e-mail!

Your Eyebody Consultant will send you a link to the Zoom Meeting to your e-mail address before the online session starts. Please ensure yourself that you can receive these e-mails securely.

You can cancel or reschedule a booked appointment online up to 24 hours before the scheduled start. You will find the corresponding functions in your customer account under this link: https://www.eyebody.com/my-account/appointments/
