Be guided by Peter Grunwald practicing the Soul quality of Presence, the quality of ‘Here and Now’ while you are walking slowly; by including the macula’s and the periphery of the retinas this affects the physical, emotional mental focus and allows the cell structures in brain, the eyes and the body to release into receptiveness; an attuning for meditation and everyday living.
